How Votiva works

Votiva (formally known as FormaV) quickly and effectively addresses a range of issues without the use of invasive techniques. What to Expect

During a treatment a small wand is applied to the vulva that delivers safe and effective heat to a therapeutic temperature and duration of time. How many sessions are recommended?

Your Votiva team will determine the best course of therapy with you. Most patients undergo three initial treatments spaced about four to six weeks apart. Since the natural aging process means a loss of collagen and elastin production for most, one to two maintenance sessions per year are reasonable.

Prior to being treated, you will need to have received a “normal” pap test and gynecological exam which can be done with your OB/GYN or here with your NRIM medical provider.
